THIS IS WHO WE ARE

THE BASE is our umbrella name for all of our youth ministries at Northgate FMC. The Base represents where you go for safety, community, and to prepare for going out for the rest of your life. Our mission, like Northgate FMC, is to BRING young people to Jesus Christ and BUILD them up in that relationship.

THE BASE

Middle School (MS) & High School (HS) Base

Our youth night for students grades 5-12

Wednesday from 6:00-8:00, South Campus Gym

MS and HS Base is the one event during the week you don't want to miss! Base nights will include some unstructured time to hangout and relax, a large group game, teaching time from one of the leaders, and most times a short breakout into gender & age groups for discussion. The goals of Base nights are to enjoy being together, experience relevant teaching, and develop meaningful friendships with leaders and other students.

Bible Quizzing

Bible Quizzing Team is a group that competes in monthly competitions (during the school year) with other area Free Methodist churches. The team has weekly practice sessions on Sunday nights and competes each year in the national competition and week-long youth camp. Quizzing Team is a fun opportunity to make good friends and to more deeply integrate the Bible into your life; great for both those who are seeking a social outlet and/or competition. If you’re interested in being a part, email Charley Canon at CanonC@roberts.edu.
